Shipping Policy - the basics
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Items will ship 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise noted in the product description
Shipping and Tracking
Tracking information will be sent within 5-7 business days after your order is placed. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Summer Months/Product Melting
During extreme summer temperatures Carmen's Healing Butter and balm may melt during transit. Melted products remain safe for use and will solidify once they reach a stable room temperature. While the texture may change, the body butter will still provide the same great benefits.
International Shipping
